The Police Senior Command and Staff Course (PSCSC) equips senior law enforcers with the skills to respond to identified policing challenges in command and control, operations, administration, force discipline, etc.
The course is a one-year programme covering five main complementary components:
Police Operation and Staff Work.
Strategic Leadership and Management.
Peace Studies & Conflict Transformation.
Peace Support Operations.
International Computer Driving License (ICDL).

Comprehend the functions and techniques involved in contemporary police operations.

Perform the duties of a staff officer at tactical and operational levels of command during operations.

To understand the operational doctrine, training policies, and organization of training.
