Minister of State Linda Mutesi Rusagara delivers strategic planning lecture to Senior African Police officers

Minister of State for Resource Mobilization and Public Investments at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Linda Mutesi Rusagara, on Wednesday , February 18, delivered a Lecture of Opportunity to senior officers attending the Police Senior Command and Staff Course (PSCSC) at the National Police College (NPC), highlighting disciplined strategic planning as the driving force behind Rwanda’s transformation.

47 Law enforcement officers complete Junior Command and Staff Course

Forty-seven Rwandan law enforcement officers, on Friday, January 16, completed a five-month Police Junior Command and Staff Course (PJCSC) at the National Police College (NPC) in Musanze District.
